Really good Stay with Friendly Staff
unique amenity complimentary drinks clean room central location
The record player and record selection in the room were a unique amenity I enjoyed. The hotel offers complimentary drinks for an hour each evening, which I found to be a very nice touch. I appreciated the clean rooms, well-presented upon arrival. The hotel's location near the tram and cable car made it easy for me to get around the city.
I noticed the absence of a kettle, tea , or coffee in the room , but these items became available from reception upon request.

The staff provided excellent service. They were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I stored my luggage with ease upon early arrival. The staff was accommodating and efficient. They were fabulous , and nothing seemed too much trouble.

malfunctioning record player poor equipment condition
the staff was helpful.
i found significant issues with the room amenities. the record player in my room malfunctioned severely. while the idea of complimentary vinyl records was nice, the poor condition of the equipment detracted from the experience.

excellent experience near pier 39
convenient location comfortable beds wine bottle bag storage
my husband and i stayed for a few nights. the location near pier 39 was very convenient. we also received a bottle of wine upon check in, a great touch. i really liked the comfortable beds. the staff kept our bags after checkout, this allowed us to enjoy our day.
the gym, while functional, is small.

really good stay near the wharf
bright room record player surprise wine
I enjoyed visiting. the room had bright light and cleanliness. i loved that the room had a record player. i borrowed a live plant for my stay. It was a great addition. the complimentary wine was a surprise!
the bed wasn't really comfortable, and i asked for a kid bed that wasn't delivered!
